We’re making our own mozzarella from Hudson Valley Fresh milk. In the not too distant future we’ll make buffalo mozzarella from local water buffalo milk. Yes, I said it, local water buffalos!
It’s official, local ramps and nettles are in house! Currently sourcing ramps from Lucky Dog Farm in Hamden, NY and Mountain Sweet Berry Farm in Rosco, NY. Nettles are coming from Lancaster Farm Fresh in PA. Nettle-ramp soup with mushrooms anyone?!
