Executive Pastry Chef Geoff Koo has been part of PRINT’s opening team since its inception in 2010. He was initially hired as the Executive Sous Pastry Chef while working under the direction of Heather Carlucci. In 2012 Geoff was promoted to Executive Pastry Chef and has been the creative force behind PRINT’s pastries and desserts.
Before Geoff took his position at PRINT, he worked in pastry kitchens at some of the most distinguished restaurants in the world including Jean-George, the Fat Duck, Per Se and Cafe Gray.
In keeping with PRINT’s sustainable philosophy, Geoff’s creative inspirations for dessert focus on traceably sourced seasonal ingredients; to achieve this objective, he works closely with PRINT’s forager, Johanna Kolodny.
