Our favorite season of the year may just be the fall. It’s a time of harvests and flavors bursting with warmth and familiarity. To commemorate this special time of year, we are delighted to once again present our annual cider dinner on October 30th, 2012.
This year’s dinner will begin with drinks at 6:30PM in the Press Lounge. Guests will enjoy a fall-inspired cocktail paired with our stunning views of the Manhattan skyline. Following drinks, guests will head to PRINT for the cider dinner.
Executive Chef Charles Rodruiguez and Pastry Chef Geoff Koo have orchestrated an exciting, seasonal 4-course tasting menu that will be paired with ciders from two of our favorite producers in the northeast: Farnum Hill Ciders and Eden Ice Ciders.
