Geoffrey Koo to take pastry chef position at PRINT.

After a wonderful and dessert-filled two and a half years since PRINT’s opening, executive pastry chef Heather Carlucci will be handing the reins over to her sous chef Geoff Koo.  Chef Carlucci will shift her focus to PRINT’s community outreach and will be working with owner Adam Block on future projects.

Geoff has been a part of the PRINT family since its opening.  Before that, he worked in the kitchens of Jean Georges, Per Se, the Fat Duck, Cafe Gray, and Sullivan Street Bakery.

Geoff’s dessert menu will retain its focus on traceably sourced produce, and he will be working closely with PRINT’s forager, Johanna Kolodny.

PRINT Restaurant is open for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner.  Reservations can be made through OpenTable or by calling 212-757-2224.
